The heart of the house is on the main floor (pool level), where there is a large living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and a generous sofa. The kitchen, with its independent and functional design, is fully equipped with various appliances such as a drip coffee maker and toaster. On this same floor there are three bedrooms, the first with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a third bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms on this level have air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses two further bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning. This floor has a full bathroom and an additional guest toilet.
EXTERIOR: The exterior of the villa is designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with stunning panoramic views stretching as far as the Peñón de Ifach. The property has a private swimming pool with access via built-in steps, surrounded by a sunbathing area with sun loungers.
