Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)
+ electricity for air-condition per consumption

The rent includes 10 cbm / week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra = 4,50 €/cbm - payable in cash on departure).

Between November till May the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.

Its only possible to rent a complete month (for example: 2 or 3 month)

The Space:
Wonderful holiday home with stunning sea views and private pool.

There is a second apartment on the lower floor. However, this is not rented and is locked and not inhabited.

The equipment of the house is comfortable. Internet use by Wifi available. Air-condition in 2 bed-rooms.

A very recommendable house in a quiet residential area (dead end).

Parking lot for 2 cars.

For rent is the apartment upstairs. It consists of living-dining room with access to a big balcony with sea-views, 1 kitchen (with dishwasher and access to the balcony), 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 1 bathroom, large covered balcony with steps to the pool terrace.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.

Getting Around:
Supermarket, restaurants, golf and beaches are to reach in 5 - 10 minutes by car.
Distance to the sandy beach 5 km, pebble beach 2 km, supermarket 2 km and restaurants 1 - 2 km; Golf 2 km.

Other Things to Note:

Great location

The view from the house is stunning, you can watch the sunrise turn Calp rock and the mountains a lovely shade of pink and watch the sunset colour the clouds in different shades every evening, then star gaze after dark. The villa is in a great location for visiting the beautiful town of Moraira and the busier town of Calp where there's lots of different activities to enjoy. Do not miss the eco-walk from Calp to Les Bessettes then on towards Benissa, amazing coastal scenery, not too tough of a walk, and a couple of rest stops for food and drink. About 10 minutes from AP7 so very handy for visiting other towns including Altea and Benidorm.

belle villa au calme et bien placé

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons à Moraira ,nous adorons cet endroit , cette ville est idéalement placée sur les hauteurs ,(superbe vu) , dans une rue très calme et silencieuse .Nous somme à la plage Del portet en 10 min en voiture ça roule très bien donc vraiment facile .Je conseille cette villa à toute famille qui veut passer des vacances paisible . Merci a la propriétaire de l'état général de cette villa et pour la gentillesse de Nathatlia .Merci de ne pas augmenter le prix prés ces compliments 😜 . Steph& Steph

Buena casa, buena gestión de la inmobiliaria y precio adecuado para la finca. La zona es residencial y tranquila, ideal para ir con niños.
