This year, for the first time, we are opening the top floor, where our personal rooms are located, for our guests.

So you live on 3 floors (total almost 300 m2), have 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, each bedroom equipped with a double bed or large French bed. Sleeps 2-8 people. Guest WC. Children and baby cots can be inserted. Flat screen with German, Spanish and French television and some English channels. Free Wi-Fi. Air Condition in every bedroom and large living room. Underfloor heating in the two lower floors. Towel dryers in the bathrooms. Walk-in showers. Kitchen equipment on a high Standard (2 kitchens, each with dishwasher etc., as well as an additional pantry kitchen on the pool level). Bathrooms partly with fantastic sea and panoramic views. The villa is located in a quiet area between Moraira and Benissa. The nearest supermarket is one kilometer away, beaches and coves, restaurants about 2 kilometers away.

The house has a variety of terraces, but also due to the hillside - stairs! For people with restricted mobility therefore little suitable.
