In the area are all amenities (supermarket at 800 m, cozy bars and restaurants, beautiful walks by the sea and in the mountains, cycling, tennis & padel in close surroundings etc) With an area of 90 m2, consisting of 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with spacious shower, living and dining room with nicely furnished kitchen, and both a covered and non-covered terrace of 18 m2, where one can enjoy a beautiful view and lots of sun (facing south). This beautiful apartment is part of a luxury residence and has exceptional accommodation such as a large communal swimming pool with bar in July and August and a heated indoor swimming pool and fitness room with massage and sauna.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

Lovely apartment. Very clean and in a great location and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. The area was a great base from which to view a beautiful part of Spain. Our 8 year old loved the pool, which was cleaned daily. Highly recommend!

Een schitterend appartementencomplex met een supermooi zwembad, gelegen vlakbij het mooiste stukje kust van de Costa Blanca tussen Calpe en Moraira. Het appartement is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien en fraai ingericht. De communicatie met de eigenaar en de beheerder waren perfect. We komen hier graag terug.

**"Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung – Absolut empfehlenswert!"** Wir haben einen fantastischen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch wunderschön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, ruhig und gleichzeitig nah zu allen wichtigen Ausflugszielen. Auch die Anlage selbst war sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns allen super gefallen, und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Kleiner Tipp: Wer eine gemütliche Unterkunft in Top-Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Aangenaam en proper verblijf

Ons verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Het appartement en bijbehorend complex waren zeer proper. Het appartement is goed uitgerust (enkel een microgolf zou nog handig zijn, voor het opwarmen van flesjes en papjes bij een baby). Er zijn voldoende ligbedjes en er worden geen bedjes gereserveerd. Ook heel vriendelijk personeel aan de bar die in juli en augustus open is. Er zijn voldoende supermarkten en restaurants in de buurt. Wij kwamen met een goed gevoel weer thuis! Zeker een aanrader!
