The apartment is south-facing and is located on the 5th floor of the Kennedy 1 building. It comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, utility room and two balconies, with ideal capacity for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.



The master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom with a single trundle bed that easily converts into a double bed.



Both bedrooms share a covered balcony with views of the swimming pool.



The second bathroom also has a bathtub.



The kitchen is spacious, with oven, microwave and access to a utility room for laundry.



The living-dining room has TV, wifi and air conditioning (payable) and access to a small terrace with outdoor furniture.



The communal facilities offer a seasonal outdoor communal swimming pool.
