Estaría bien cambiar la bañera por una ducha. Ya que para las personas mayores no es nada cómodo meterse en la bañera, por riesgo a caidas. En general, todo muy bien excepto el baño que necesita una buena reforma

La ubicación perfecta. La zona del jardín y piscina muy buena. Aunque tenía alguna cosas negativas volveré. Reparar los electrodomésticos y reformar un poco el apartamento.
