We had room 433. There was a loud buzzing noise constantly all through the night which kept us awake most of the night. Not sure what the buzzing was possibly the air con?? I wear two hearing aids and even without these in it was dreadful!! The balcony was absolutely tiny and we were facing filthy private apartments with no privacy at all. There was high buildings on 3 sides so it felt like being in a dark hole. On the plus side the room was brilliant. Maid service everyday and the room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were lovely and the food. I wouldn't stay here again though.

The room was nice only problem I stayed in room 105 superior room with city view on the first floor right above the main service entrance which was noisy every night. Staff are nice breakfast was very well laid out and good.

A Great Hotel, placed in a very good location, 5 minutes from the Old Town High street and 10 minutes from the Beach. The staff were outstanding, always very polite and helpful. I will definitely be returning here next year.

The Staff were all great, very friendly and helpful. The Hotel itself lived up to the 4 star level, situated with a supermarket just down the road and old town a 5 minute walk.

They closed tge hotel without telling expedia travelers booked in travelled amd found it closed. Locals conformingbit has been closed for weeks. Exoedia were excellent trying to find alternative

Bien situado, cerca de la playa y el centro de Benidorm, No entiendo como un hotel de 4 estrellas puede tener unas habitaciones con unas terrazas a un patio trasero totalmente distintas a las de la parte delantera del hotel, El parking del hotel carísimo 20 euros diarios, se aprovechan de lo mal que se aparca en la zona.... La piscina con muy pocas amacas, zona muy Escasa y pequeña la de la piscina, y a las 10,00 todo completo, después de una reforma no sé cómo han podido dejar tan poco espacio y una piscina tan pequeña, y apena cubre 1,40m....

Boa Localização / Bom Preço e Qualidade

A estadia foi boa. A localização é excelente visto estar a 150 do mar e no centro principal do comércio. Apresentou uma excelente relação de preço e qualidade. O ambiente é muito familiar. O serviço de Bar, da receção, de restaurante e de limpeza foram muito bons. O Hotel deveria melhorar o sistema de ar condicionado podendo cada pessoa regular os respetivos graus. No serviço de TV em cada quarto deveria ter um canal em Português. Não é admissível que tenham canais só de outras nacionalidades quando o hotel é frequentado por bastantes portugueses,
