The host was phenomenal. The cottage was indeed COZY. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I adore the setting and the city of Benicia. I hope that I will be back before too long. The cottage had everything anyone would need, including frosted mugs in the freezer. Thank you.

The "cozy cottage" was just as advertised. It's a spacious studio cottage with screened off bedroom, comfortable sitting area, both countertop and table dining, and a spacious and well equipped kitchen. I loved the convenience of the washer/dryer. The host was friendly, accessible, and quick to respond to the few minor issues that arose during my stay. The location is perfect - just 2 blocks from First Street and its shops and restaurants. I stayed for a month and was sorry to leave!

Cozy cabin, great escape.

Very nice and comfortable, host was accommodating and thoughtful. Lovely area close to amenities and downtown. Would definitely book again.
