There was no toiletries till we asked. No toilet paper. No food menu in the room till we asked. no instructions on dial number for concierge - had to google the hotel number and call then was told that to dial 9 on phone to reach concierge. No basic amenities like iron box, hair dryer etc. After ordering food it took about an hour to be delivered. Quantity of food was good but the taste was not great.
