The apartment is 100 m² and is really nicely furnished with a Scandinavian touch and contains a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cosy southeast oriented terrace with amazing views.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes; oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee machines (one Nespresso and a classic filter), etc. Next to the kitchen you have the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area. There is direct access to the cosy terrace which has garden furniture and here you can enjoy meals at all times of the day or take a relaxing sunbathe on the sun bed.
There are 2 bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom contains, queen size double bed (150x200cm), air-condition, TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.
The 2nd bedroom contains air-condition, 2 single beds (90 x 190cm), wardrobe.
Air mattresses for kids are available upon request for an extra sleep.
There is air conditioning throughout the apartment. Washing room with washing machine/dryer. Wi-Fi. Private parking spot available in community garage. The apartment is also equipped with: iron, iron board, hair dryer, kettle, toaster.
The community area has access to a swimming pool area which includes 3 pools and a children’s swimming pool. The large pool and the childrens pool is open all year round. The 2 smaller pools are only available during July + August.
Fitness gym is available free of charge, all year round.
