This bright and cozy beach apartment in Benalmádena will always make you want to enjoy your family vacation here again.

This spacious duplex penthouse, on the second line of the beach, has three bedrooms. When you enter the apartment, you can find a bathroom, the first bedroom and the living room with access to the terrace with views of the sea and Puerto Marina. Going up the stairs, we find the other bathroom and the two bedrooms with small balconies.

This apartment enjoys an excellent location, as it is a short walk from Puerto Marina, full of bars, restaurants and shops.

Have you woken up and gone to sleep with the sound of the sea? Here you will have it! This sunny apartment is the perfect place to spend an ideal vacation.

There is air conditioning throughout the house so that our clients enjoy their stay.

We put at your disposal bath towels.

The private parking space inside the building is included in the price.



Nocturnal arrivals after 8:00 p.m. will have an extra cost of €30 and after 12:00 a.m. €50.



It is important that our clients know that it is a quiet resident's building, where parties and noise outside normal hours are not allowed.

The Port of Benalmádena is an authentic architectural jewel, a mixture of Arab and Andalusian styles. Shops, restaurants and nightlife are mixed in one of the most important leisure areas on the Costa del Sol.

The Puerto Marina Benalmádena is located in the heart of the Costa del Sol. It is one of the most beautiful and emblematic ports on the Andalusian coast. It was inaugurated in 1979 with a very original and modern design that soon gained worldwide recognition and the nickname of "Andalusian Venice".

What to do in Puerto Marina Benalmádena?

This port has twice received the award for "Best Port in the World". It receives an average of 7 million visitors per year, concentrating a large part of the leisure and water sports offer in Benalmádena. Which is not surprising, since it has a very wide range of activities and entertainment. There are very diverse establishments such as fashion stores, coffee shops, sailing schools, diving shops, restaurants, luxury residences and even the Sealife Aquarium. It also offers a large number of shops and shopping centers making it the ideal place for strolling and shopping.



Visit Sealife Benalmadena

If you are traveling with your family, you cannot miss a visit to the Sealife Aquarium located in the same port of Benalmádena and immerse yourself in this underwater world full of sharks and exotic fish. The aquarium has more than 500,000 liters of water and 2,000 marine species that will delight young and old. An interesting visit to do with the family.

The hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The ticket price for adults is €15.50 (€12.50 for advance purchase online). And €12.50 for children from 3 to 9 years old.



What to do at night in Puerto Marina Benalmádena:

At nightfall is when Puerto Marina shines with its own light, its terraces fill up with people and the Paseo is a coming and going of tourists looking for the best restaurant or the best place to have a drink. The illumination of the port with all those luxury boats and its exclusive apartments, restaurants, bars and venues make this port a very charming place with a fabulous atmosphere. If you like discos and shows, Benalmádena is a very good option. Here you will find great DJs on the main dance floors such as Maracas, Mana, Kaleido or Skorpio. Without a doubt, a place where the word boredom does not exist.
