Welcome to this modernly furnished 3 bedroom and sea view apartment only 450m from the beach of Benalmadena and 700m to Puerto Marina.
The apartment is located in Benalmadena Costa, only a walk of about 5-7min to the beach and 10min to popular Puerto Marina which is one of the most beautiful ports in Europe and the world, which is also full of shopping, food and entertainment for the whole family. In the harbor there is also a dolphinarium presented by Selwo Benalmadena.In the upper part of Benalmadena, also known as the Arroyo de la miel (Honey River), you have a commuter train station that takes you into Fuengirola, Malaga and the airport in no time, the famous Paloma Park with free chickens, roosters and peacocks as well as the butterfly museum and tivolit.
The apartment consists of a modern furnished living room with a dining group for 4, a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV with international channels and a balcony that overlooks the Avenue towards the harbor and the Mediterranean. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more. In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and one bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with shower.
