Beautiful Town House by the Sea
Beautiful terraced town house with sea views.
We are very close to the beach, just a 10 minute walk away. Located between Benalmadena and Fuengirola and with plenty of amenities nearby.
Can be accessed by train from Malaga airport to Torremuelle train station which takes approx 20 mins and then it's just a 5 minute walk to the house, so no need to rent a car. There are also good bus links into town.
Secure gated community of around 30 houses. Very private, with beautifully maintained gardens and pool. Our house has a double bedroom with balcony overlooking the med and a second bedroom with twin beds. There is also a new comfortable a sofa bed in the lounge.
There is a newly built 30 m2 sun terrace accessed from the lounge through bi folding doors.
The property is newly decorated, with new beds and bedding, as well as new microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
The property also has super fast fibre optic broadband and newly installed air conditioning.

Nothing short of fabulous !! 5 stars !!
The photos do not do the property justice, it is beautifully decorated, clean, with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay.
Robert the owner is only a message away if you need any information or assistance, but you shouldn't need him as he provides loads before you arrive.
The grounds where the house is situated are lovely. The pool is small but deep enough for a swim.
It is up a steep hill, but with that you get a glorious view of the sea from the terraces. As it's self catering, if you don't have a car, you might want to walk to the big Mercadona about ten minutes away and get a taxi back. Shouldn't cost much. There are some restaurants near the supermarket too. Big shout out to The Indian Chef. If you like a curry, it's superb...
The buses are at the bottom of the hill to go into Fuengurola or Benalamadena, or the train station is 5 minutes from the house, up the hill a little, so it's really conveniently placed, whilst being super quiet and peaceful.
I can not recommend this place enough. Our holiday flew by and we'd not hesitate to book again, next time we are on the Costa del Sol.

The property owner is very nice and helpful even before you arrive. The property is clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. Location is calm and central to many attractions. The kids enjoyed the pool. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

Perfect holiday home
We spent two weeks in this wonderful house which is tastefully decorated, with all amenities to make you feel at home. A peaceful setting with beautiful gardens around the pool, a lovely patio with sea view and generally a great location from which to explore and enjoy the coast. Robert the owner was on hand throughout to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and couldn’t be more helpful. I would happily recommend this property for adults and families alike.

5 Star Town House in lovely surroundings
We loved our stay at this town house. We arrived and everything was clean and well kept. All the rooms were lovely, especially the kitchen, it had everything we needed if we wanted to stay in to eat.
The air con being installed the week before we arrived was an added bonus. The pool was close by and the gardens surrounding it was very well maintained. We cannot recommend this accommodation enough.
The owners and key holder was available at all time if required although it was never needed.

great time in a lovely house
lovely house with all you need.
A new terrace to enjoy breakfast in the morning or have a drink in the evening.You can reach the beach and restaurants by foot, no need for a car.The owner Robert is an amiable person ,sending a plenty of helpful information. about the stay, house, shopping etc.
We felt at home during the stay.
Friendly persons we met in the houses next to us.
