It has high speed internet access, smart TV's and bluetooth speakers in bedrooms, alarm, underfloor heating, air conditioning in all rooms, swimming pool, and covered parking. The kitchen is completely new and equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. It also has an independent washing and ironing area. The rent includes cleaning 2 hours 3 times a week.

Located in the Condes de Luque Urbanization (Capanes del Sur - La Alquería), in Benahavís and very close to Guadalmina Baja, Marbella.
