Bren and Tom in Belcedere Marittimo!
We were slightly out of season (May) but all facilities up to scratch and were made welcome with good reference for dining out, due to out off-season restaurant closure. Recommend and would stay again; very good value.

Reservation not honored - no refund
We arrived here after having booked and prepaid through Hotels.com. Our reservation was NOT honored, and we were told they did not have a room for us. After some prodding, they admitted that they had a problem with their reservation system and offered us a stay at a nearby hotel. Upon arriving at the new hotel, we discovered it was actually a motel that was of much worse quality than our originally booked room. To make matters worse, we were placed in a room that was clearly not ready for customers - beds with no covers, the plastic still on the mattress, fresh paint in the air (I woke up with a blocked nose and headache). This was by far the worst experience I have had booking a hotel online anywhere.

Struttura quasi perfetta se ci fosse solo un pò di attenzione in più per il giardino e le terrazze comuni che hanno un potenziale assurdo per la vista sul mare e sul centro storico . Bella la piscina e abbiamo apprezzato anche Sky tv in camera. L’ hotel è situato in una posizione strategica: vicino al mare (raggiungibile anche a piedi in 10minuti) e a pochi minuti di auto dal centro storico di Belvedere Marittimo.
