A equipe de funcionários foi muito simpática e atenciosa; o café da manhã é muito bem servido, com diversas opções de comidas e bebidas; outro ponto positivo é a localização do hotel, próximo a diversos museus e pontos turísticos; existe um estacionamento conveniado, mas o acesso é feito pela rua e precisa andar um quarteirão para acessá-lo. Outro ponto positivo são os restaurantes e cafés próximos, além de uma academia ao lado do hotel. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo e conta com ar condicionado; havia lençóis e toalhas limpas. Contudo havia cheiro de cigarro no quarto, visto que o banheiro não possui exaustor e o buraco onde deveria existi-lo circula o ar de outros quartos. A TV do quarto era enorme, mas não era Smart e só funciona canais abertos.

Embora seja um hotel muito bem localizado de relevante projeto arquitetônico, encontra-se em péssimo estado de conservação. Paredes / pintura extremamente danificadas, vidros quebrados, vasos e plantas super malcuidados, iluminação precária, enfim tudo ultrapassado e decadente. Tudo tem aspecto de ABANDONO. Quanto aos serviços, oferecem o básico do básico. Destaque para colchão, travesseiros e roupas de cama: PIOR IMPOSSÍVEL.

Não tive experiência muito boa. Fiquei 4 dias e nao tive limpeza de quarto; quando cheguei me colocaram num quarto com cama extremamente dura, com a vista p/ uma "area externa" esquisita, com janelas p/ outros quartos, muitos pernilongos e travesseiros muiiitoooo sujos/encardidos, bem diferente do anúncio. Solicitei a troca de quarto e fui atendida. O café da manhã é fraco, café frio e as coisas acabaram rápido. Hotel tem uma ótima localização e funcionários bem educados e atenciosos.
