Como é que eu posso avaliar uma casa que eu aluguei e não me foi entregue no espaço contratado????????Ora... Tendo alugado um alojamento em Belmonte, pela plataforma "Vrbo " (cuidado) e pago, para as datas 14 a 18 de Agosto 2025, quando cheguei ao local o mesmo alojamento estava ocupado, comuniquei com o anfitrião Senhor Jayme o qual me respondeu que não tinha qualquer reserva para esse local( casa do Doutor Sabá).Ora... Fiquei indignada, mas no entanto ainda estava no local, apareceram duas funcionárias do Senhor Jayme, para se certificar que eu tinha a reserva e uma delas queria pegar no meu telemóvel para mostrar a outra que a reserva estava certa.Ligara com o Senhor Jayme a dizer -lhe que a reserva estava certa ( Isto é suposição minha; a dizer que eu não deixei o telemóvel e não conseguiram apagar o email da reserva)Então comunicaram-me para me dirigir para o Hotel Monte Sinai e lá fui eu para o hotel com um recadinho para falar com o senhor Jorge, para que o senhor Jorge ligasse com o Senhor Jayme.Esperei ; o senhor Jorge falou, ou não, porque eu não vi, nem ouvi e comunicou-me que só tinha aposentos para uma noite.Ainda estava a fazer a entrada no balcão do hotel liga-me o senhor Jayme a comunicar que as outras três noites que ia ter que ficar na Covilhã ( entre 15 a 20 km) teria que fazer 6 viagens, não aceitei, surgiu uma pequena discussão em que o Senhor Jayme disse que fizesse o que quisesse. parte2
