I would definitely recommend when visiting Lorne

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and it was a nice surprise to be told breakfast was included in my deal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to beach and cafes was so easy and convenient. TV was easily switched to personal apps. The room had a small bar fridge, toaster and kettle with complimentary tea and coffee which was ideal for my stay. Loved the pool, spa and steam room. Will definitely return.

Mini break

After 2 nights staying we discovered that the “curry” smell in the apartment was because previous occupants hadn’t properly cleaned the plates. After running all crockery and glassware through the dishwasher this was much better. Found that overall the apartments cleanliness was average with finger prints on the sliding doors, balcony hadn’t been swept or cleaned and overall the decor looks tired compared to other units we have stayed in before.

Hotel had a peekaboo view of the ocean. Everything was pleasant until we left. Beware the stairs! Husband took a header down a flight and ended up breaking his shoulder. Staff was very helpful, even drove us to the medical facilities.
