My apartment is on the ground floor, in a small, safe building, a 15-minute walk from the tourist area.
It is ideal for people who like a quiet corner to stay in after a day full of activities.
The apartment is small, well furnished, with some family furniture mixed with more modern and functional furniture.
The bedroom and the living room/kitchen have direct access to the small garden.
There is also a fireplace in the living room.
The small garden is ideal for an outdoor breakfast, yoga practice or sunbathing in the afternoon hours.
The area is quiet; there is a pizzeria, a bar, and a Padel center with an outdoor pool within walking distance of the house. The historic center can be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes.

This property was within walking distance of the centre, ferries, groccery store, and there was ample free parking nearby on the street and in surrounding parking lots. The apartment was very clean and met most of our needs.

Gorgeous and Comfortable Spot in Bellagio

My partner and I visited in April 2025 for two nights and it was absolutely stunning. The place itself is a beautiful, clean, and homey apartment with access to a wrap around yard with gorgeous flowers bushes. This place is truly special, and we had a wonderful time. Although it is a twelve minute walk to downtown Bellagio, the views on the walk are spectacular. There are no views directly of the lake, but the yard area was very cute and so was the neighbors cat! Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. A beautiful apartment, a gorgeous walk into town, and a friendly and communicative host!

Quaint, clean and cozy!

My partner and I were spending 3 nights in Bellagio. This was the perfect place. It is in a quiet neighborhood, only a 10min walk into downtown, and great for walking/enjoying the beautiful scenery. There is a hill to get to the place, but this was not a problem for us- we walked downtown/back to the apt 3-4 times a day. The apt was close to a local supermaket, great for produce and fresh meat, only 5-10min walk away. The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. The garden was well maintained and the table was excellent for meals outdoors or a game of cards. Denise was very helpful and responsive with anything you needed. 100% recommend staying here.

Wonderful Apartment and Host
