The Bella Vista Bike House is your family friendly getaway close to all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer! Located just 0.2 mi from the Back 40 and less than 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville, you'll have ride in / ride out access to trails and convenient access to Bentonville.
The space
Thoughtfully designed, you'll enjoy a newly renovated space that sleeps up to six (1 queen, 2 twin XL and 1 queen pullout), a full kitchen with a large island and a spacious covered deck to enjoy outdoor dining. Parents/guardians of children-please note that the space features a loft which is accessed via a ladder.

Weekend golf trip

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend to play golf. The courses were great and within 15 minutes of the house.The owner was great to work with and very accommodating.

Bike house with friends

Came down to AR from KC for a great bike trip. Jack was very accommodating and helped us through the checkin process and was very responsive. The property was very clean and well stocked with towels and soap in the shower. Sleeping arrangement worked great and beds were comfy. There’s even a back porch to put your bikes in so no thieves get to them. Great stay.

First Time in Arkansas...won't be last

We had such a wonderful time visiting the area and a sweet friend of mine that lived there. Long overdue trip that I wished was not so short. Jack was so helpful and the property was amazing. Exceeded our expectations and so comfortable. Clean and modern as well as so cozy. Thank you for thinking of everything and being so helpful. Hope to be back :)

Wonderful experience!

Jack was amazing with all our questions and food recommendations. My husband and I stayed for the Bikes, Blues & BBQ event in rogers. We were riding motorcycles, but this would be a great stay for a small family biking too! The ride up to the house was beautiful!😍
