It is a very nice high standard hotel, wonderfull bed, showet, coffee in the room, very helpful staff ordning transfer for airport and other things. Breakfast is awesome and fuilled with lokal balkan food. Therese were noise som the busstation, and we livet on 2. Floor so could here the busses at night. I would definitely live there again, but ask for a room away from the street.

Cockroaches in room 404! We found cockroaches in room 404. Traveling with a baby, we had to sleep with the LIGHTS ON for three nights to try to keep them away, meaning we barely slept at all. When informed, the staff only offered excuses, no new room, no refund. Their lack of action proves they are just hiding a known problem! Unacceptable and unsafe for families. Avoid.

Good for solo travel

The location is convenient and very close to the city centre. Parking is not on the premises, and difficult to know where to park before arrival. Clean and good breakfast with a nice view of the river.

Good except air condition

Everything was good, but the air conditioning seemed to be off or broken, and we were told to open a window. The nights got very hot in all of our three rooms which is a big minus of course. Otherwise friendly staff and cool hotel.

Great restaurant, not so great rooms.

Hotel has a lovely reception and lobby, staff are great but the rooms are old and tired. The Aircon didn't work in either room we were in. Bed was comfortable enough. The restaurant is a go-to. Bogdan is a lovely guy and a credit to the industry. The food was also fabulous. We didn't enjoy breakfast but that's probably just our preferences. There was plenty of choice, just not great quality. The spa pool was nice and the sauna was handy, the steam room was out of order. Overall a fine stay but not for the price we paid.

Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Rumet var tent men det var lite lösa lister, belägningar på väggen i duschen och väldigt iriterande att börren gick inåt i badrumet mot handfat och toaletten vilket gjorde det svårt att samsas 2 personer samtidigt. Frukosten var bra, men kanske inte fullt ut anpassad för oss som Svenskar, men vi blev mätta. Extra plus för att man kunde få vilket kaffe man ville handgjort på beställning utan extra kostnad. Spat var trevligt och fint det mesta var bra, men tyvärr luktade det väldigt mycket avlopp i ångbastun. Över lag ett bra hotell med trevlig personal, men inget som sticker ut. Om jag skulle ändra något direkt så är det att göra hela hotellet rökfritt.

Perfekt boende, mitt i centrala Belgrad. Nära till allt. Ta buss 72 från flygplatsen, den stannar precis vid hotellet. Lokaltrafiken är gratis i Belgrad. Taxi från hotellet till flygplatsen kostade oss 275kr(svenska kr). Detta hotellet rekommenderas verkligen.
