Our room, the halls and elevator strongly smelled of smoke, though I was told it was nonsmoking. Filthy, mold on pullout bed, took an hour for the shower to drain.

The staff was unprofessional and rude. When we went up to our room, there was trash all along the hallway that had not been collected from the individual rooms yet. We got into our room, and there was no toilet paper. It took quite some time to get some. They don’t answer their phone and they ask you to leave a message but they don’t call you back, the rugs and carpet were dirty and smelly. We didn’t go into the pool due to the condition of everything else.

This was our second stay at the property only this time we had a harverst moon on the water right off our balcony - well worth the extra couple of dollars. We had the self serve no touch pancakes that were complimentary with juice and coffee but a bigger breakfast can be had for $5 at the adjacent restaurant. Would recommend
