Absolutely nothing. The room stunk, had to wait 5 minutes to for water to heat up and then there was no cold water. It was all very hot water The bed had sunken big bites. The dining room was also dirty. We only stayed the one night. He was happy to refund the second nights accom. Mind you found it strange we were the only people staying that night. All up there were about 8 rooms. ,

Melwin is basically taking care of everything from the beginning till the end of our 8- day stay. He is friendly and accommodating. He made our stay at The Lodge memorable. Highly recommended.

Odd but ok spot in Belfast
Quirky place that has a quirky ‘manager’ (he was unsure if he was really an owner or worker but was quite nice). TV remote didn’t work (no biggy) but bath temperature valve was a battle to change and bath lights on five minute timer that you couldn’t control. A little bizarre. Breakfast was fine. A little pricey but probably in line with the rest of Belfast.

Very good value for money B&B so close to Belfast city centre. Rooms are adequately sized and comfortable and bathroom well equipped. On site parking is very handy. Breakfast is fabulous especially the fry! Overall Melvyn is a great host always looking to help and provide added assistance be it to guide local places to see or to make the stay more comfortable. Will love to stay again!

Buona posizione a 15 minuti dal centro di Belfast. Anche se su una strada piuttosto trafficata la camera é molto silenziosa. Unica pecca la doccia un po' datata e con qualche problemino nella regolazione della temperatura dell'acqua. Proprietario molto disponibile.
