The receptionist was great and the location excellent. However we were given a disabled access room with an ancient shower that had a plastic curtain with mould all around and low pressure shower head which made our showers feel awkward and unpleasant.

The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening next door. I messaged at 3am and 4am as the room next door was having a party and very little was done. Would avoid if you value a good nights sleep. I made a formal complaint and requested a follow up as to why next door were allowed to make so much noise resulting in less than 4 hours sleep for us one night, and no one bothered to get back to me.

Petit hôtel situé près de Queen’s College (QC) à Belfast. À environ 12 min à pied du centre-ville. Compte tenu de la proximité à QC, un choix abondant de restos et cafés à 2 min de marche! Chambre sans tapis, ce que j’apprécie toujours. Ce qui manque dans la salle de bains est du revitalisant pour les cheveux, ou offrir un combo shampooing 2 en 1. Il n’y avait qu’un savon pour les corps et les cheveux et c’était horrible pour les cheveux!

The staff at this hotel are the friendliest I have ever come across from the genlleman on reception when we arrived, the lady behind the bar and Ciaran the barman. I didnt get the names of the other staff unfortunately. Brilliant service.

This is a small budget hotel, conveniently located to lots of places. Used it to meet with friends in a get together nearby. Staff were very friendly. Rooms comfortable. Was nice to be be able to sit and get a beer late on in the evening.
