Good location but wouldn’t return

Poor experience, for serviced apartment. No linen change, not enough toilet roll, cleanliness poor, shower not good could do with a good clean, dishwasher with no detergent, had to ask to get lightbulbs as, 7 not working, a light switch on the wall needed replaced as dangerous and so light didn’t work. you need to travel one mile from apartment to collect key, although they did bring it too us when we complained, as only found that out when we were in Belfast. It was a good location. If a maintance team go in and it has a good clean and essentials provided these would be great.

within walking distance for most of the sights

good service from support staff. Good to be in text contact for little things that made a difference - like a tea towel!! Needed some instructions - like using the showers and the dish washing machine. Great TV. Needed the bell system explained. We wasted heaps of time trying to work out how to handle just two sets of keys for 6 people and then discoverend the bell system at the front door.
