Discover El Palomar, a charming holiday home located in the peaceful Residencial Begur development on the Costa Brava. This welcoming semi-detached house is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Begur, in a sunny and pleasant setting that is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The house is surrounded by a spacious private garden with lawn and plants, set within a fully enclosed plot. Access to the entrance involves climbing a flight of steps through the pleasant outdoor area. The property also has a private garage for convenient parking during your stay.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a practical breakfast bar. This area connects to a comfortable split-level living and dining room featuring a fireplace and digital television.

The kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals comfortably throughout the stay. For hygiene and food safety reasons, no food products are provided in the house, including salt, sugar, oil, coffee, water or similar items.

Très bel emplacement, à 5mns à pied du supermarché, et à 30mns de la plage à pied. Environnement très calme. Maison propre et possibilité de garer 2 véhicules à l'intérieur de la propriété. Côté équipement, une bouilloire électrique serait peut-être à prévoir, ainsi qu'un sèche cheveux et un fer à repasser. Très bon contact avec l'agence immobilière, par ailleurs.
