LOCATION:
The Conduit 6 is purposely located for easy access to transportation routes making it suitable for workers, contractors, families, friends, and other visitors to our lovely town of Bedford. The Conduit 6 is on a quiet street, very close to the middle of Bedford where there are a variety of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Double Bed, 1 Single Bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Single Bed
- Separate bathroom with a shower and hairdryer

***All our serviced accommodation properties come with freshly-laundered linen. We also provide complimentary toiletries for you to get started with your stay. After you get settled in, you can then purchase whatever you need from the variety of local shops, which are a walking distance away from your apartment.
Essentials provided: towels, bed linen, soap, and toilet rolls.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, pans and pots, dishes and silverware, a stove, an oven, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

*PARKING:
There is an allocated on-site parking space shared between two apartments at The Conduit, so the space is provided subject to availability. There is also limited on-street parking: Free from 6PM till 8AM on Mondays to Saturdays and all day on Sundays. Otherwise, the on-street parking is for permit holders only (or metered parking is available for 4 hours maximum, outside of the free times).
