Villa for 4 with a private Pool & Garden

Relax at a very well appointed comfortable 2 bedroom villa with lovely views of the hills and the coastline. Located in a secluded fertile valley of one of the prettiest mountain villages of Almeria. At just over 450 meters above sea level, enjoying the privacy of the pool area in the summer evenings and unforgettable sunrise moments.

There is plenty to explore in the local area and it is a paradise for country lovers, keen walkers and active mountain bikers. Bedar village is only 8km from the Alicante-Málaga A-7 motorway, with good roads and tarmac country lanes leading to this little mountain hamlet which is only 1.5km from the village. Casa Budaxana is within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.

The whole property is on one level and wheelchair accessible. The12x04m Pebble-Tec (natural stone) feature swimming pool is for your private enjoyment and has the same depth throughout (1.70m) There is a nice area to sit inside the water, with shaded areas and a large solarium.

As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a practical and enjoyable stay. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a gas hob & oven, a toaster, a kettle, a mixer, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave.

There are large areas to sunbathe, terraces to dine al-fresco and also a covered porch area for shade. This is a perfect place to simply relax, select interesting reading material from our 'traveling books' collection or go online for wifi entertainment on a 32" smart TV.

This villa has 2 spacious bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. The larger bedroom has a large (1.50m) double bed. The second bedroom contains two single beds (90cm). Both bedrooms have wardrobes & drawers. The windows are tilt-n-turn and have fly screens on every window & door for superb ventilation throughout. Fans are provided in each room.

There is one full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, basic toiletries, a hairdryer and an iron.

There are many beaches just 20 mins from the villa and it takes around 60 mins to reach the Cabo de Gata Natural Park Reserve, which enjoys 90 km of stunning coastline, pretty fishing ports with diving, sailing and other water sports activities.

Total privacy to the Villa & pool area is guaranteed at all times. Spaces utilized below the terraces of the villa are owners' service rooms in order to give a first hand check-in & cleaning service to the villa. If you are staying for more than 7 nights we will provide a change of linen and towels. Should you require extra cleaning services these can also be arranged during your stay.

Bedar has a variety of therapists and massage services. For those interested, depending on availability, we are happy to arrange evening sessions of simple Spanish lessons over Wine & Tapas and massage therapies can also be booked in advance.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 4pm (although we may be flexible on certain dates) and check-out is max 11-12 am
- Smoking is allowed but we do ask to refrain from smoking in bedrooms.

- There are on-site parking facilities for up to 3 cars.

- PETS: We are animal lovers and know it is hard to find properties that accept animals. A MAXIMUM of 2 well behaved dogs OR cats are allowed at the property and we ask you to please be considerate with furniture so please bring your own doggy beds and utensils.

-DAMAGES: We do not charge any extra deposits for damages. We would rather keep it simple and trust our clients' honesty in this sense. Glassware and crockery which can be replaced by leaving us a replacement or equivalent payment.

-Once you have booked we contact you to help you with logistics to ensure you have an easy and happy arrival and to extend the local info on amenities, restaurants and shops.
