Filthy
The house itself is aesthetically beautiful, however, the visual appeal of the house is the only validation for the 2 stars given. Upon arrival, all seemed well- the place LOOKED clean and the host graciously checked in on us via text message. However, upon further inspection, the neglect of care became apparent. There were dust bunnies (& a lost sock) under the couches and beds, mold in 2/3 of the showers, rust in the grill, and broken lightbulbs. On the first night, the host was responsive and apologized. They also mentioned that they would be "reaching out soon to resolve this concern". We have now checked out and have yet to hear a resolution. As we continued our stay, we encountered BED BUGS- all 13 of us have bites on our legs consistent with bed bug symptoms and I managed to capture a picture of one on the couch, which unfortunately, the host did not acknowledge. Photographs were taken and sent for the issues encountered. Unfortunately, the host seemed to be superficial and did not care about the issues that arose. I will update this review if a resolution is offered, but until then, we are quite unhappy with the lack of care from Vacasa. Although the house and its views are beautiful (and convenient I'm sure in the winter months), I would not recommend this stay. CLEANLINESS & RESPONSIVENESS SHOULD BE A PRIORITY FOR HOSTS. Thank you.

Great spot for a mountain getaway.
The home was as advertised with plenty of sleeping space and great common area to support a group. The kitchen is well equipped and the deck view + hot tub was awesome! Thanks so much for accommodating us!

Too expensive for what you get
The space of the place is great - lots of beds, bedrooms, huge living area, open kitchen - we loved the space aspect. The issues: VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS. Almost all the beds had very uncomfortable mattresses (springy, saggy, seemed extremely old). One bed had a frame+mattress that was so noisy upon the smallest movement that no one could sleep in it. One of the bunk beds had rungs that were not secured properly (very unsafe!) and the pull out couch mattress seemed utterly ancient (I get it - pull out couches are not comfortable, but they can be OK if some investment is made). In my opinion, after taxes and fees the nightly rate we ended up paying justifies more comfortable beds. One of the rooms also had a bed largely blocking the entrance to the walk-in-closet (which connects to the bathroom). If anyone had mobility issues or was on the larger side it wouldn't have worked for them. The place looked clean upon arrival, but then it became clear it was superficial. There was garbage (old cans and filters) beside the hot tub, broken glass at the garage entrance, a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fan, dust on the base boards, and garbage under the pull out couch. Overall, I think the space and the location are great. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots/trays/etc. Having the hot tub on the deck was very nice. The place has potential, but an upgrade on mattresses and a deep clean are needed to justify the price.

Not worth the money
Hot tub didn't work. Internet would not connect. TV would not connect to the Telus provider. No firewood upon our arrival and the fireplace ashes were all over the hearth. Two of the beds were not made. Dust bunnies under the beds. Floors dirty. No bedside lamps in the bedrooms to read by - only overhead lights with the switch by the door. No lamps in the living area and the overhead lights did not provide light enough to read while sitting on the couch. The toilets were dirty at the back of the seats. The toilet bowl brushes were brown with you know what! You could not "Ski in and Ski out" as there are no paths to the trails, you need to go the road and the snow was melted. Perhaps at some time of the year you can ski down the road, but not now. The kitchen did have a decent supply of cooking pots, plates, cutlery etc. The garage made a great space to wax skiis and the room at the entrance was a good staging area for our ski clothes. The property manager was available made apologies for all the problems, however, that couldn't made up for all the inadequacies and disappointment we experienced.

Great for groups
5 bedrooms accommodated our group perfectly. Loved the wood fireplace, spacious living room, well equipped kitchen. Hot tub in the sun after a ski day is perfect.

Fun
We had a great few days as a family. The hot tub on the front deck was the best part watching the sunrises and sunsets. The walk back was a little much for little ones but we just threw everyone in the back of the truck
