Cozy 4-bedroom house with 3-horse barn in charming Beaver with WiFi

The home offers a comfortable retreat for guests, with 1 King Bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 1 full bedroom, and 1 bedroom with 1 full and 1 twin bed. A bright great room with vaulted ceilings and a large open kitchen. Polished textured cement floors which are cool in the summer and radiant heat in the winter. The house features WiFi, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and heating for your convenience. You'll also find 2 bathrooms, complete with a hair dryer and bidet. Entertain in the beautifully landscaped yard featuring a concrete patio with a Gazebo and propane fire pit. All the horse amenities you could ask for, including a 3 stall barn equipped with an auto-watering system, a 60' round pen. approx 2 acres of the 5 are dedicated to horses and are fully fenced. RV pad with water and power and lots of trailer parking. Enjoy beautiful Beaver and all it has to offer.
If you are bringing horse please let me know as there is an additional $25/night fee.

Relaxing Stay

It was fun to stay in an area where it was quiet and relaxing. Being gone all day, sitting back and enjoying the view was the right fit!
