Perfect Location

We were so close to the beach, sunrises were easy to get up for. Also, we could walk to mini golf and ice cream at night. Great arcade for younger kids was walkable as well. We had a few minor issues but all addressed quickly by Charisse, the property manager.

Classic beach house in a wonderful location

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s clearly been lovingly maintained and the location can’t be beat—right near the beach and around the corner from great restaurants and mini golf. The property manager was so responsive when I had questions. We will come here again!

October Beach Weekend

Close to the beach!

4th house from beach access and centrally located on LBI. Three bedrooms, three showers and three toilets means a very family friendly house. House is very clean and has plenty of room, we had a great time!

Beach getaway

We stayed for a long weekend, and could not be happier with our stay. Close to the beach, easy on and easy off the island, and close to many options for food. Owners were great and very accommodating. 10/10 I’d stay here again!

Ok if you spend most of your time at the beach. Just a few steps away from gorgeous sands .

Very basic . Dishwasher has to be pushed to sink to use. In need of paint and refreshing in bedrooms. Ideal if you just want to beach and sleep. Kitchen poorly equipped.We appreciated owners providing linen. Beach proximity great, easy walk to shops and breakfast. With some upgrades would be a delightful property

Everything was perfect. Just what you need at the beach.

Came for a week with friends. Plenty of space, bathrooms, and close to beach. We come down the second week of September every year. Always the best, hope to return next year.
