Walk to Beach? Single? Girls trip? Romantic Vibe? Yes.

You deserve an affordable nice vacation and I've got just the property for you! 😍

Please read the entire listing. I welcome all questions. I am available to help you make the best decision for your needs. I understand the location and price is very attractive and I love that for the guests that the apartment can accommodate based on the rules, size and provided amenities. It's not the right fit for all circumstances. Again, please throughly vet for your requirements.

One bedroom apartment. This is not an entire home rental. But man oh man, it's packed with amenities! Living room, bathroom, bedroom w/queen bed and kitchenette. While all noise can't be removed, the house was built to aid in mitigating as much noise as possible.
ALLLLL Aboard! Did you know that amtrak has stops from Bay St Louis to New Orleans? Or to the east to Mobile! Fun worry free day trips!

Details, Details, Details - this apartment has sooo many! And the vibe is a little bit spa (Natural oil diffuser and Shiatsu Shoulder & neck & foot/leg massagers, sound machine, cozy robes) and a little bit romance (4 poster bed with fairy lights). Property is one half mile to white sand beach and two miles to downtown. A very nice street to stroll down directly to the beach! Quiet residential neighborhood. Please note the kitchenette has a two burner hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven. Please understand this kitchenette isn't designed for daily full meal cooking.

The bath has a full walk in shower. Basics are supplied (soap, shampoo, and a small supply of toiletries you might have forgotten)

Free WiFi and Smart TV, Prime, Netflix, Hulu, as well as other free apps are included (prime videos, TV applications - not Cable or dish) and digital antenna for some local stations. You will not be able to screen share.

Basic amenities are included toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soft soap, bath and beach towels, wash cloths and hand towels and kitchen wash cloth and towels.

I can assure you that while this is an apartment, it's very private and quiet. I rarely see guests (unless you'd like to meet). In addition, I don't ask you to do a litany of chores at the end of your stay. There are no shared spaces.
You will have 2 spaces to park. Front to back, not side to side (appx 30 ft). Suitable for 2 economy vehicles. Driveway is not suitable for large heavy trailers or campers. If you need more space, contact me and I can provide you contact information to store your trailer.
This is an apartment in a neighborhood. You may hear my dog or neighbor dogs bark. it's rarely, if ever, excessive. But please keep that in mind.

There are cooling and heating limits. 70° low limit 77° high limit for cooling. 78° high limit for heating. In addition, the sytem will automatically adjust if the humidity rises to 63% or above. This is a failsafe to limit mold growth. If you need temperatures outside of those limits please contact me before booking.

There is a doorbell camera that records video and audio. I am happy to turn off after check in on request.

If you need help checking in, let me know in advance. Otherwise this is solely self check in.
