Très belle maison en montagne face à la mer

L'environnement est enchanteur. Le jardin avec patio en bois derrière la maison est super. Marco et sa cousine Rosalba sont très gentils et réactifs lorsque nous n'avions plus d'électricité une 1/2 journée. Cependant, nous n'étions pas seuls, les parents du propriétaire occupent l'étage supérieur. La maman est très gentille et discrète. Le vieux papa est un peu sénile, chaque jour il nous fait une crise, on ne comprend pas ce qu'il veut. Un jour, Il nous a obligé à bouger 3 fois la voiture dans la cour. Le matin il s'autorise à inspecter le jardin alors que nous prenions notre petit déjeuner en intimité. La maman essaye de le retenir mais n'y arrive pas. Autre chose, faite attention au commentaires romantiques, la monté vers la maison est très rude et longue, impossible à pieds avec des enfants, je suis un grand marcheur et je l'ai fait que 2 fois. Ma femme, randonneuse aussi, 1 fois.

Close to the trails with a nice garden

The house has a very nice and shady garden, and the view of the bay is fantastic. The trails along the coast and up the local mountains are close.

Agréable maison en hauteur

Nous sommes globalement content de notre séjour chez Marco : la maison est toute simple mais propre et l'environnement très calme. Nous avons en particulier apprécié le jardin à l'arrière pour les enfants, avec une très belle vue sur la vallée et la mer en contrebas. Nous recommanderions pour une famille de 4 personnes .

Villino splendido, zona tranquillissima, vista mar

Villino bellissimo immerso nel verde a due passi dal centro del paese. Si trova salendo la collina, quindi zona fresca, panoramica e tranquillissima. Molto comodo comunque per ogni servizio, che comunque si trova nelle vicinanze. La quiete gli fa da padrone, si sta d'incanto in questo villino. Casa semplice ma comoda e graziosa. Molto grande, stanze enormi e bel giardino per stare fuori.

Casa spaziosa, con due belle camere grandi, una grande zona giorno e un gran bagno, all'interno c'è un po' di tutto quello che serve per il soggiorno. All'esterno un bel cortile ottimo per chi ha un cane come noi, il nostro si è trovato benissimo, con spazi all'ombra e non. Ho trovato l'appartamento pulito e in ordine. Consiglio questo immobile a chiunque cerchi un posto bello in collina( 3 minuti di auto sei al mare) fresco, tranquillo e nelle vicinanze delle bellissime spiagge con parcheggi gratuiti. Ho conosciuto il Marco il proprietario, una persona gentile e a modo. Grazie, ci rivedremo il prossimo anno

Rilassante

Casa indipendente, tranquilla, circondata dal verde, ideale per chi ha amico a quattro zampe, padroni di casa molto cortesi. Distante dal mare 1km, non pesa la distanza, perchè il paesaggio è stupendo, unica pecca il prezzo , ho pagato la stessa cifra a San Teodoro, distante dalla spiaggia 300 m. tutta la zona comunque è stupenda , vale la pena visitarla, credetemi sono nata in Sardegna ed è il 4 anno che mi reco in quella zona.
