Excellent modern hotel in great location
Hotel has an excellent location in a quite street in the heart of Batumi. A large array of shops, restaurants and cafes are easily reachable by foot. 2 minutes to the seafront promenade. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable and in excellent condition. Rooms are spacious and modern with tea/coffee facilities, fridge, air-conditioning, excellent fast wifi. All staff I met were friendly and extremely helpful.

Otelin sadece konumu, merkezi olması nedeniyle güzel, ancak gece hayatının yoğun olduğu bir bölge olması rahatsız edebilir.
Otel temizlik açısından fena değil, ancak temizlik malzemesi, oda içi ayna, çöp kutusu olmaması gibi eksiklikler rahatsız edici.
Otelin en belirgin olumsuzluğu personel ve kahvaltısı. Kahvaltı için ekstra 15 Lari (35 TL) alınıyor ama gerçek hiç bir şey yok ve çok kötü. Kesinlikle o parayla dışarda çok çok iyi bir kahvaltı yapılır.
Otel personeli çok güvensiz. Chek in yaptığımızda, ödemenin yapılmadığını ve ısrarla ödeme yapmamız istendi. Evrakları bulunca tamam dendi. Chek out yaptığımızda odalardan birine ilave yatak konduğunu bunun için ilave ücret istendi, uzun münakaşa sonrası Rusça bilen arkadaşımız geldi, kendi ekranlarını açıp, ekstra yatağın ödeme içerisinde olduğunu gösterince tamam deddi, ancak özür dilenmediği gibi asık bir suratla uğurlandık, geldiğimizdeki ilk asık surat gibi. Otel rezervasyonunu internetteki puanına göre yapmıştım, puanı ile hiç ilgisi olmayan bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.
