Complex is located near the new boulevard. To the sea: 5 minutes walk. Next to my accommodation is a boulevard with a cycle path, public transport, downtown, parks and art and culture. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families. Within walking distance there are various cafes, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, aqua-park. Modern casinos, gourmet restaurants, night clubs. Singing and dancing fountains. I also have a similar apartment in Tbilisi.
