Weekend trip to Bath
Lovely guest house with beautiful decor. Room was incredibly spacious. Comfy bed and super shower. Breakfast was disappointing as the hot breakfast was barely luke warm. Such a shame.

Spotlessly clean room, extremely comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom with amazing shower made for a very relaxing stay. Staff attentive and friendly - complimentary snacks a nice touch. Loved the stylish decor and overall quality.

Amazing hotel, all very plush, comfy, clean and modern. Checking in and out was very easy, decor inviting. Breakfast was good, full English was tasty, eggs Benedict was ok, not a fan of the hollandaise sauce. Good selection of options. Definitely would visit again if staying in Bath!

A lovely property, very clean and well situated for Bath. However! The bedroom was freezing. It had an antiquated air conditioning heating system you had to switch on when you were in your room that took ages to heat up. After a wintera day out it would have been nice to go back to a warm room. Be mindful it is a city hotel and sits on a very noisy and busy road so our room was difficult to sleep in. We have stayed in much quieter places in Bath. Obviously not the beautiful buildings fault its location! Our biggest gripe......! When we checked in we were told breakfast was 8am until 10am. So we came down after a restless night as we were so cold at 9.50am to be refused a cooked breakfast. We were told we should have read the conditions in the book next to our bed. Who reads that! Apparently you have to be down before 9.45am. Now thats not an issue at all, had we been told at check in. We were not. As a hotel manager myself, it would not have caused too much inconvenience to cook a breakfast for two people, 5 minutes after and it was before 10am. Perhaps on check in, you should notify peope.of that. The breakfast we did have on the first morning was very good.

I would recommend this hotel, Room clean and contemporary. Free parking, walkable to Bath city centre, only small gripe, heating in room could be better, it has good air conditioningfor hot weather. Will stay here again
