Come, stay at our fully updated Waterfront Cottage on Lake Demmon- A Year-Round Getaway Home! We have been on Lake Demmon for 20 years and just added this lovely updated home to our rental family.

Escape to the beauty of Lake Demmon, the 4th cleanest lake in NYS, and enjoy a relaxing waterfront retreat perfect for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts. Clean water, fabulous fishing and NO ZEBRA MUSCLES!

Our charming year-round cottage offers direct lake access, stunning views, and plenty of space to unwind in every season.
The cottage comfortably accommodates 6-10 guests with three bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the living room.
Bedroom #1- 1 King Bed & 1 Queen Bed.
Bedroom #2- 1 Queen bed
Bedroom #3- 1 Full Bed.

A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra accommodations for larger families.

Guests have complimentary use of our canoe, 3 kayaks and life vests to explore the lake at their leisure.

The fun doesn't stop when the weather turns cold. Our property is accessible year-round, with the road professionally plowed during winter months. Guests can enjoy seasonal activities such as ice skating and ice fishing right on the lake.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The property is right on the water and everything was VERY clean. The host was very responsive to all questions, the house was well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen needs, etc. The following did not take away from our stay, but can hopefully help any future visitors. The stairs in the house are steep, please keep that in mind for littles or older family members (same with the small hill down to the water). There was air conditioning in one of the upper bedrooms and the living room. We truly enjoyed our stay. Icing on the cake of your stay? Some VERY cute wild bunnies.
