These hotels get bought and they don't change a thing. The comforter and pillow cases had big brown stains all over. The carpets are old, any painting done was very sloppy. I was there before the name and it was not updated at all by new owners. I will find another place to stay.

This was my second time staying here, and I'd do it again. Does it have tons of frills? No. But it doesn't purport to. You get a safe, affordable room with a friendly staff in a convenient location. And yes, there was plenty of hot water.
