Hotel connect to harbour bay so easy walk to hotel even if rain. Service officers at the counters in the check in lobby were pleasant . they allow early checkin and also allowed us later check out. The housekeeping team wrote message card and present us some complimentary hi tea cakes. Lounge area and bar have good views. Nothing much at lounge area during noon.Bed are comfortable.Overall a pleasant stay.

Had a great 3-night stay at the Marriott Hotel Batam! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—so many options and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel welcome. The location is also excellent, convenient and close to everything we needed. The price was not cheap, but affordable. Only two reasons I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is because the room style felt a bit dated and the faulty keyless room entrance. They promised to send an engineer to fix the issue (we almost requested to re-program the card 3-4 times every day) but they didn’t —a refresh would make this place perfect. Still, overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back!
