Detached house for a perfect holiday for 6 to a maximum of 10 people in the castle park Hohen Niendorf in a fantastic, quiet location, with fireplace, two large terraces, sauna, indoor pool, lawn and stunning views over the extensive parkland. From the park you can look down to the nearby Baltic Sea in many places - and even in winter, or when the green is not too high in spring, even from the house.
The hunting lodge Hohen Niendorf with its 70,000 square meter palace park, located between Rerik and Kühlungsborn, is considered one of the most beautiful castle and parks on the German Baltic coast. The object, the former sauna house of the castle, was renovated in 2013 and is rented since 2014 to nature-loving holidaymakers who appreciate this unique location.
The house is ideal for a relaxing wellness and active holiday with long walks and bike rides (with another bedroom, private sauna, private indoor pool and relaxation room and very spacious outside area.

But the best part is: the daily walk or a morning jogging through the beautiful park, breakfast under old trees overlooking the castle, enjoy the silence and the voices of nature ...
With its unique location and tasteful decor, the property enchants all its visitors, year-round. You live directly in the listed castle park, opposite the 2010 restored old hunting lodge. Here you will find the peace you sometimes need to find your way around. Built in 1866 in the style of an English garden park with hundreds of different plants from around the world, with park benches at the most beautiful viewpoints, meadows and hills, sculptures and a small lake, and an ancient megalithic tomb - here you are like in another world. You feel far away from the wide tourist crowds, and yet it is very close.
In the immediate vicinity you will find three first-class sandy beaches (animated in Kühlungsborn, idyllic Mediterranean in Rerik or natural in Kägsdorf), and the Baltic resorts Rerik, Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm.

(Only by arrangement is also a rental in the "small version" for a varied bathing and relaxing holiday in summer with large living area, two bedrooms and terrace, without the spa area possible).

Wohlfühloase

Das Ferienhaus liegt traumhaft und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns (Familie mit 3 Kindern) hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht! Gern kommen wir wieder und können das Haus weiterempfehlen!!

Ferienwohnung Saunahaus Hohen Niendorf

Eine liebevoll und perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung inmitten eines wunderschönen angelegten Parks. Wer die Ruhe und Natur liebt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Besonders schön fand ich den Lichteinfall der Sonne in den großen Fenstern, welches wunderschön durch das Laub auf den Bäumen gebrochen wurde. Aber auch bei Regen oder im morgendlichen Nebel fanden wir es entspannend in den Park zu sehen. Im Winter kann ich es mir mit einem Feuer im Kamin auch sehr gut in der Ferienwohnung vorstellen. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die kuschelige Wärme durch die Fußbodenheizung, also rundherum perfekt. Man kann sehr viele Ausflüge von Hohen Niendorf aus machen, egal ob es zum ruhigen Strand nach Rerik ist oder turbulent nach Warnemünde. Wer mal keine Lust hat zum Autofahren, lohnt sich auch eine Zugfahrt nach Rostock, Wismar oder Schwerin. Wir waren begeistert und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Ein schönes Objekt mit komfortabler Ausstattung. Eine schöne Lage mit vielen Ausflugszielen in der Nähe. Wir haben die Sauna paar mal genutzt, aber der Pool ist ganz schön warm. Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir nicht so zufrieden, entweder war längere Zeit kein Gast da oder es gibt keine ordentliche Reinigung beim Tausch der Gäste.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren zu fünft in dem Haus, über 3 Generationen. Das Haus liegt in einem weitläufigen ehemaligen Schlosspark auf einem einige km von der Küste entfernten Höhenzug. Wir waren im Frühjahr dort, bevor die Bäume belaubt sind, da ist es sonnig, und man kann sogar das Meer inkl. Sonnenuntergang sehen. Es ist ausgesprochen ruhig. Von den Gästen des in ca 100m entfernt liegenden Schlosses haben wir kaum etwas mitbekommen, es waren allerdings auch nicht viele da. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, zum Kochen sind alle nötigen Gerätschaften vorhanden (und noch mehr). Es gibt Bücher und viele Spiele. Man schläft sehr gut. Hervorzuheben sind die Sauna und das kleine Schwimmbad. Bzgl. des Internetzuganges gibt es Beschränkungen, der Mobilfunkempfang ist aber gut genug, um ggf. zu streamen. Mitbringen sollte man Gewürze, Öl usw. und Verbrauchsmaterialien (Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspültabletten etc bzw. man kauft sie nach). - Zusammenfassend haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken den Gastgebern.

Schlosspark

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Schlosspark mit wunderschönen alten Bäumen. Man ist in wenigen Autominuten in Kühlungsborn oder Rerik. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist super. Einziges kleines Manko ist der begrenzte Zugang zum Internet. Dafür ist die Sauna super und der kleine Pool zum Abkühlen. Auch die Terrassen sind sehr schön. Und wenn es draußen kühl ist, kann man den Kamin nutzen.

Pfingsturlaub mit Familie

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir waren insgesamt 9 Personen. Für die Familie war das Haus ausreichend. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Pool war mehr für die Kleinen. Leider konnten wir die Außenanlagen nicht benutzen, da es sehr zu der Zeit viele Mücken gab. Aber wir waren je viel unterwegs. Aber es wäre super, wenn die Fenster mit Insekten schutzgittern ausgestattet wären. Nochmal vilen Dank.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Verbesserungspotential, super Lage!

Wir (Familie, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) waren hier für 12 Tage und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, hat eine top ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Reisebett für Baby's (ohne Matratze!) und auch ein Kinderstuhl. Weiter sind auch eine Waschmaschine sowie 2 Hängetrockner (ohne Klammern!) vorhanden. Prinzipiell alles, was man braucht! Die Lage ist absolut super! Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft - wenn man das so bezeichnen kann. Denn neben Staub, Spinnenweben und mehreren "Armeen" Kellerasseln & Ohrenkriechern (vorrangig an den Fenstern) ist das nicht das, was wir unter "sauber" verstehen - schade, das geht besser und zahlt maßgeblich auf die "Kundenzufriedenheit" ein. Eine absolute Enttäuschung war der Pool - also das Planschbecken, denn die Maße sind hier max. 3m * 2m bei einer geschäzten Tiefe von 1,40m. Das war nicht mal das Schlimme, wirklich "eklig" war der Geruch im "Poolzimmer" - denn hier roch es nass und schimmlig! Und bei genauem hinschauen konnte man auch den Schimmel in den Ecken sehen - hier waren wir nicht baden, ein gutes Gefühl kam hier nicht auf! Auch wenn hier ausdrücklich vom Vermieter darauf hingewiesen wird, dass die Sauberkeit des Poolbereichs vom "Vormieter" abhängig ist, sollte doch Schimmel nicht vorhanden sein - absolut bedenklich aus gesundheitlicher Sicht! Vorsicht: WLAN begrenzt auf 500MB/Tag - kein Streaming erlaubt - zeitgemäß ist anders!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem Park ist gut ausgestattet und war für uns (5 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) groß genug. Der kleine Pool ist für die Kinder eine Freude und für die Großen gibt es abends die Sauna. Man kann dieses Objekt ohne Bedenken mieten.

wunderbar mit kleinen Abstrichen

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, schön im Schlosspark gelegen. Ausstattung allgemein super, Küchenausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sauberkeit nicht ganz top, aber noch im Rahmen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut, schnelle Rückmeldung zu allen offenen Fragen. Einzig die besenreine Übergabe mit Entfernung des Mülls, ausgeräumter Spülmaschine und Abzug der Betten ist beim Checkout bis 10 Uhr etwas sportlich und sollte bei gebuchter Grundreinigung eigentlich inbegriffen sein. Insgesamt aber top.
