Our room was very clean. The lobby was comfortable. As they hotel use made up of 3 buildings it was a little tricky finding our way around the hotel. There was no way of getting to our room without at least 5 stairs even with luggage. It would have been great to have had the option of breakfast included in rate. Hotel location is right beside the old city and only steps to the Rhine River.

We were staying just one night, so we were not that concerned with the hotel. The person at the front desk when we checked in told us that we could not park where we had found a place. She said we needed to park in an area that seemed to be a bit far away. We checked where were parked, and it was clearly stated that we did not have to pay after 7:00 p.m., but the front desk person said that was not correct. We parked there anyway, and we were not charged after 7:00 pm. The room was very clean. The night shift person who was at the front desk was very helpful. The room was very clean. However, although a hair dryer was provided, there was no mirror anywhere near where the outlet for the dryer was, and so it was difficult to dry my hair without looking in a mirror. Also, it was not mentioned in the reviews that I read but even though there was an elevator, there were numerous steps both up and down to get to my room, which was supposed to be on the first floor. This was a bit tricky with luggage.
