-Enjoy water views from our well appointed large back deck with Fire Pit and Weber BBQ for your use.
The entire upstairs has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms for your group. Two Queen bedrooms and a Twin bedroom plus a Common Room, a very large well stocked kitchen, a cozy enclosed front porch for a quiet read or a glass of wine, and the large back deck.
Outside there is croquet, or available is work-out equipment of exercise ball, weights, and a step.
We love to share our knowledge of unique spots to visit
in our area, and to make your holiday a special adventure. There are some great spots off the usual radar that should not be missed.
We allow a pet to stay only if it is trained. Please contact with details when booking.
We live on the main floor, away from our guests as we
have our own separated living quarters.
We do share the kitchen at times but keep out of the way. Breakfast each day is provided by Judie- your host and chef. Breakfast is healthy and homemade, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, bran-blueberry muffin, homemade bread, French press coffee, tea, and juice.
No extra cost.
The sunny Common Room, is equipped with games, a 40 inch smart TV with sports, Prime and Netflix.
.. We are approximately 10 km south of Digby. Nearby is whale watching, Bear River artist community, Gilbert Cove Lighthouse, Savary Park with water access.
ADDED ACTIVITY for families- Down the road, there is Pony rides, and FEED the HORSES a SNACK- feed the friendly horses, carrots or blueberries- their treat-
these horses are very gentle, lovely creatures. Cost is 10 dollars toward their keep
PONY RIDES is 20 dollars including feeding the horses.
Judie can recommend local restaurants, attractions, and places to see in the area.
Len and Judie enjoy meeting new people being ex- restauranteurs. Enjoy our artistic, beautiful home.

Judie and Len were amazing hosts. She always knew what to recommend in the area we were going to explore and he always had great stories to tell. Upon arrival at Casa Moana , we were met at the door with smiling face and warm welcome .lovely older home with delightful ambience. Home was convenient to areas we wanted to visit. Judy and Lenn are awesome!
Two nights in such a quiet and cozy home. Decorated with maritime charm and not a detail was missed. Lovely hot shower, hot tea and Judy’s bran muffins made a great start to the morning. Lenn enjoyed sharing stories over the breakfast table while Judy met our needs to a T! I slept better than I do at home! We were all happy with our stay and would definitely come back. Judie and Len were very welcoming and provided great ideas to experience the Digby area. Breakfast was wonderful. Our family enjoyed our own spaces with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms in the guest space upstairs. We didn’t get to enjoy the deck as much due to weather, but we experienced 2 fabulous sunsets! A great place to stay!
We had a great stay at Judy and Len's. Judy communicated well with us prior to and during our stay, they were very friendly and accommodating of our young kids. The house and rooms were beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the bay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were able to do lots of exploring around the area given the location. Beautiful home by the Bay of Fundy
This is a beautiful older home that has been decorated and furnished with much care and love. The grounds were beautiful also and the outside views very pretty. We had comfortable beds and the bathrooms worked well for our needs. Our host was very helpful and friendly. She was also very accommodating when we arrived at 10 pm. Our breakfasts were very nice and we would definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to come to Nova Scotia in the future.
