Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte von den unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der Stadt entfernt. Bis zum Hafen, an dem es grandiose Restaurants mit wunderschönem Ausblick gibt, sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Check-In funktionierte einwandfrei. Nach Absprache durften wir die Wohnung sogar deutlich früher beziehen, als in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Alles war tadellos sauber und auch der Geruch war sofort erkennbar frisch und einladend. Für unsere kleine Tochter war sogar haufenweise Spielzeug vorhanden. Herr Knop, der Vermieter, war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch ihn bekamen wir wertvolle Tipps für unsere Freizeitgestaltung. Der wertvollste Tipp war der, zum Baden an den örtlichen Naturstrand zu fahren. Während man an der Nordsee wie die Ölsardinen am völlig überfüllten Strand lag, der auch noch voller Quallen war, und an dem das Parken allein 10€ kostete, konnte man an der Bodde entspannen. Den ganzen Tag über waren maximal 10 Leute außer uns da und es gab alles, was man sich nur wünschen konnte. Parkplatz, Toiletten, Liegestühle und Stand Up Boards und das alles kostenlos! Eine Strandbar mit kalten Getränken, Eis und Snacks, ist ebenfalls ab 10 Uhr besetzt. Tolle Sache! Die Nachbarn der sehr hellhörigen Wohnung sind leider teilweise nicht sehr tolerant und haben auch eine sehr selektive Wahrnehmung. An einem einzigen Abend wurde es in unserer Wohnung gegen 20 Uhr für ca. 2 Sekunden bei geöffneten Balkontür richtig laut, da wir mit unserer Kleinen Quatsch machen. Ich wiederhole: 2 Sekunden und 20 Uhr! Sofort brüllte es vom Nachbargrundstüch "Jetzt ist aber mal Ruhe hier!!!". Wir entschuldigten uns und schlossen die Balkontür. Jetzt ist es an der Zeit zu erwähnen, dass der Nachbar selbst einen Hund hat, der bei gutem Wetter draußen übernachtet. Das Kerlchen bellt ca. 22/24 Stunden am Tag und auch vornehmlich dann, wenn man auf die Toilette geht, da diese direkt am Nachbargrundstüch angrenzt. Wenn der eigene Hund rund um die Uhr am durchdrehen ist, passt das anscheinend. Egal. Davon lässt man sich die Stimmung nicht vermiesen, aber ich wollte es der Vollständigkeit halber erwähnen. Der einzige Punkt, den ich nicht wirklich bemängeln, aber Herrn Knop ans Herz legen möchte, ist die Anschaffung eines Ventilators. Die Wohnung heizt sich fürchterlich auf und kühlt bei den momentanen Temperaturen kaum ab. Verdiente 5 Sterne auf ganzer Linie 🙂

zentrumsnah und dennoch ruhig - netter Vermieter

Eine gepflegte Ferienwohnung (für diese Preisklasse) mit sehr nettem Vermieter. Man kann zum Hafen und den Restaurants bequem laufen. Separater Raum zum Abstellen unserer Fahrräder/Fahrradträger war auch vorhanden. Auch zum Bahnhof sind es nur 5 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
