I used to like this place but not anymore. First the room had two huge cockroches.... then the pillows were so hard they were not comfy, and the bed was not either. The only thing halfway decent was the breakfast. I will not be going back.

Facilities are not new but ok, they keep try to make them clean. The room is clean and comfortable at some points. But the three layers of blankets are all very dirty and very thin, feel cold at night and can’t sleep. When trying to raise the temperature, the air conditioner is extremely loud.

Our room did not have a safety chain or bar.. plus we had a sliding glass door near the pool area to the outside. Though it was secured it was a bit nerve wracking to know an outside entrance into our room was ground level.

I’ve stayed here several times and was always pleased. This time I could tell something had changed. Overall less quality. No hot water when I checked in at 11:30 pm or so.
