Nice old hotel, bit of dust here and there but nothing that would ruin our stay. Breakfast was a little early, finishing at 8am but again, no big issue for us. Staff were friendly and helpful, would stay again

I have stayed in the Chetwynde hotel a couple of times previously and it offers value for money. The cleanliness is generally good.

The cold chetwynde experience
Ok hotel but cold shower in the morning- I tried to ring reception no answer to get it fixed And toast only for breakfast the chef turned up late and I couldn’t get a cooked breakfast £80 for a cold shower and coffee and toast is unacceptable and they wouldn’t offer refund
