Eaten alive by bugs in the room, many other issues

even with contacting the front desk, no one helped - room service was a disaster, they did not answer the phone for 1.5 hours then when they finally took our order, it took 1 hour to arrive - when checking out, no remorse, no apology only "we will do better next time"

O Aqua Ville é maravilhoso, mas o quarto parecia não manutenção há anos. Deixou um pouco a desejar a estrutura do quarto: a banheira (quase que meu marido se machuca sério escorregou e ia batendo a cabeça) , apareceu 2 baratas grandes o que é um horror, não tinha toalha para mãos e nem um pano de prato, o sofá-cama estava em péssima condições. O café da manhã caiu muito a variedade de alimentos, os bolos eram horríveis, não tem opção para intolerante a lactose, sabores de suco muito repetitivo. Já me hospedei várias vezes mais percebo que a qualidade vem caindo muito. O que gosto no aquaville é as piscinas, o visual da natureza e a proximidade com a praia.

O quarto limpo mais o banheiro tinha uma banheira terrível um risco para pessoas idosas se acidentar. O sofá cama estava em péssimas condições de uso. O café da manhã achei pouca variedade deveria incluir opções para intolerante a lactose e diabéticos. Não utilizei os itens da cozinha. Funcionários atenciosos. O espaço de lazer e as piscinas maravilhosas.

Já fui várias vezes e acho o local muito bom, com várias opções de lazer para a família. Mas percebo, ao longo do tempo, que estão deixando à desejar em relação à manutenção dos quartos: O ar-condicionado não permite regulação de temperatura e direção do ar, e não é suficiente para resfriar todo o ambiente (fiquei com calor à noite e não consegui dormir bem); tinha um ventilador que estava quebrado e não rodava; o colchão estava em mal estado (dava para sentir as molas nas costas); o sofá-cama estava bem pior que a cama, em relação às molas (impossível dormir lá); éramos 4 pessoas, mas só havia 2 lençóis disponíveis (por sorte havíamos levado 2 de casa). Gosto muito do local e espero encontrar os quartos em melhor estado de conservação, da próxima vez.
