Propriedade muito boa, mas sem manutenção.

A localização é boa, uma vista incrível, boa piscina e a área verde bem ampla. As condições da casa deixam a desejar pois estão sem nenhuma manutenção. Na casa tem dois quartos com ar-condicionados e banheiros; uma péssima cozinha e uma sala com dois sofá cama quebrados; um terraço bom e área de churrasqueira completa. Apesar da falta de manutenção, tem um bom custo benefício.
