The apartment is located just 100 meters from the Temple of the Sagrada Familia. An ideal space for couples or families who can enjoy a bright accommodation with a private solarium and incredible views. Perfect connections by metro and bus to explore the city and go to the beaches.

From Opening Doors we are doing everything possible to offer a safe space to our guests. For this reason, before you arrive, we thoroughly clean the apartment and disinfect the most contact surfaces. We will receive you while maintaining social distance and wearing a mask. Please also wear yours.

The apartment is located in the Sagrada Familia neighborhood, from where you can visit many of the most outstanding monuments and tourist attractions on foot, for example: you will be 2 minutes walking from the Temple of La Sagrada Familia, 10 minutes from the Sant Pau modernist enclosure and another 10 minutes from the Monumental bullring square, 20 minutes from La Pedrera, Paseo de Gracia and Ramblas de Catalunya and a 30-minute walk from Park Güell. For music lovers, the Auditorium is only a 15-minute walk away.

The location is strategic for those who want to explore the city on foot.

It is located on the top floor of a residential building with an elevator.

It is an exterior apartment, very bright, with a room with a double bed and a complete bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed where two more people can sleep.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances.

The terrace is a perfect place to start the day with an energizing breakfast in the open air or dine on a cool summer night and enjoy the image of the illuminated temple.

This apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a fabulous stay in Barcelona: it has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. It also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. We offer a baby cot on request.

This apartment has the official Tourist License from the local authorities. The license number is HUTB-000320.

The local tourist tax is not included: Today it is € 3.30 per adult (> 16) and per day (with a maximum charge of 7 nights) and must be paid at check-in in cash. From January 2022 will be 4,40€
-A €300 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following the apartment inspection (Airbnb reservations are exempt).
-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; however, you may smoke on the terrace.
-Lighting candles is not allowed.
-This apartment is suitable for couples, families, and adults over 25 years old.
-According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveler registration.
-Pets and parties are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors rest from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-Turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home.
-Before leaving, please dispose of your trash in the bins outside the building and place your dishes in the dishwasher.


Please take note of the following additional charges:
-Late check-in fee: €30 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; €50 from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
-Municipal tax not included: €6.88 per night per adult (maximum charge of 7 nights).
-Lost or unreturned key set: €100.
-Stained (sunscreen, make-up, shoe soles, tinted) or damaged bed linen or towels: €15 each.

We kindly ask you to avoid waste and use electricity, water, and gas responsibly. Excessive consumption may result in deductions from the security deposit.
