체크인할 때 직원의 친절한 서비스 단 이틀에 한 번 청소할 때 청소 상태가 미흡 그리고 화장실에 휴지를 추가로 공급해주지 않아서 불편 전체적으로 가격대 괜찮다는 느낌이지만 유리창 밖이 바로 도로라서 도로의 시끄러운 소음이 그대로 전달되어 밤에 새벽에 시끄러운 소음으로 고생 유리창 방음 시공이 꼭 필요하다고 여겨짐 주방에 오븐이 고장난 상태로 방치되어있음 수리가 필요함 그 외에 전체적으로 나쁘지 않음

가성비 좋은 숙박시설

화장실 휴지가 교체되지 않음 이틀에 한번씩 청소를 한다는데 휴지가 교체되지 않았음 밤에 잘 때 도로변 자동차 오토바이 주행 소음이 너무 크게 들려옴 화장실 + 세면대 공간이 너무 좁음 주방 시설은 좋음. 다만 오븐이 정상 동작하지 않음 소파베드를 베드로 펼쳐서 이용할 때 베드의 프레임이 약해서 흔들림

Lo unico criticable es pasar a retirar las llaves lejos del edificio, sabiendo que uno viene con maletas y el emprendedor deja telefono para avisar a que hora llegan los huespedes, lo minimo que la inmobiliaria te llame y te espere en el sitio. En cuanto al apartamento es muy bueno y limpio

La experiencia del check-in fue desastrosa, más de una hora esperando en la puerta del apartamento sin que nadie viniera y mientras por teléfono solo me ponían excusas. Greta, la encargada de hacerme el check-in fue un encanto, una auténtica pena que la organización sea tan mala. El apartamento es justo, bastante ruidoso por la calle en la que está.

約二週間の滞在でした。アパートメントホテルとチェックインのオフィスが離れているのが、ちょっと不便でしたが、チェックインまでに時間がある場合はスーツケースを預かってくれました。 チェックインもホテルの場所や鍵の開け方など丁寧に教えてくれました。　 困ったことは二点。　一つはいきなり最初から玄関のドアノブが取れてしまったこと。「これって外に出られないってこと？」と、焦りましたが、実際はその下のノブが有効だったので、出入りは問題なくできたので、できれば最初からない方がいい。 二つ目は、オーブンレンジを使ったとたん電機のブレーカーが落ちた。 ブレーカーを探しても見つからず、結局オフィスが開くのを待って電話して修理の人を手配してもらった。 スペイン語もしくは英語ができないと、ちょっときついかも。 ブレーカーは絵の額の中にありましたが、ついでにドアノブの修理もしてくれましたが、結局部品がなくてコーキング材を注入したのみ。 これじゃあ、次に来た人も同じ目に合うでしょう。 掃除は一日おきでしたがいっつも清潔なタオルが使えて幸せでした。 よく自炊しておりましたが、生ごみなど貯まらない程度の頻度でしたので嫌なにおいを出ず良かったです。 駅も二駅使えたのとランブラス通りまで15分くらいで歩けるところも良かったです。 また、ウルヘル駅はエアポートバスが止まる駅なので帰りはスーツケースを気にせず乗り込めたことがとてもラッキーでした。

Locatie is prima, vlakbij Lidl. Net appartement met alle gemakken. Ons gezelschap bestond uit 5 personen en we misten echter wel een 5e stoel bij de eettafel en theedoeken voor de afwas. (mechanische) Afzuiging in de badkamer zou ook prettig zijn. Heel fijne citytrip gehad.

è stato difficile reperire la persona prr la consegna delle chiavi se non avessi ricevuto l’aiu di persone del luogo non avrei trovato nemmeno il luogo dove dovevo contattare la persona adibita alla consegna delle chiavi che non si è presentata prima di un’ora ed erano già le 9 di sera... letto dei ragazzi senza lenzuola ... da starci attenti perché se non si ha esperienza si rischia di rimanere in strada per la motte

Vi var 2 par som bodde i en lägenhet, rummen var rymliga och väldigt smidigt att ta sig in till stan. Tog ungefär 15 min promenad, från flygplatsen åkte vi taxi i ca 20 min smidigt! Personalen var super trevliga och bemötande, dock var det dåligt städat, slitet rum och man kunde se fingeravtryck på dörrar osv, så pass att vi inte ville hänga upp våra handdukar. Gardinerna hade nog aldrig tvättats osv. Det funkade men skulle inte bo här igen. Väldigt synd då personalen var väldigt trevliga och det var smidigt o ta sig runt!

체크인과 뜨거운물만 아니면 괜찮은 숙소

체크인 하는곳이 분리되어있어 레이알광장옆에있는 리셉션에서 체크인을 하고 키를받아야해요. 리셉션은 친절함! 따뜻한물은 저장식이라 물을 좀 쓰면 다써져서 불편하네요ㅜ 숙소는 전반적으로 깨끗한편이긴하지만 4박미만은 청소를 안해주고 4박이상도 3~4일차에 청소를 해요. 수건은 충분하고 와이파이도 잘터지네요 교통편도 좋은편이네요.

Billige løsninger og dårlig oplevelse

overordnet set var vi som familie på 4 ikke tilfredse med lejligheden. Da vi ankom var der ikke gjort ordenligt rent, og den rengøring som var med i prisen dukkede aldrig op!!! Der er ekstrem meget larm fra den store hovedgade som lejligheden ligger på pga vinduerne ikke er helt tætte. Et andet stort minus er at der hverken var knager eller skabe til at have sit tøj i. Dårlig oplevelse!!

Måtte betale skatt og avgifter ved ankomst til tross for at det ved innbetaling til Hotels.com sto at alt av skatter og avgifter var betalt Airconditionen og stekovene virket ikke under hele uka vi var der.

Terrible. Impossible de dormir.

Le checking se fait dans y quartier différent à 20min du logement. Aucune précision au moment de la réservation. Aucune indication sur les documents de la réservation non plus. J'ai dû appeler pour apprendre cela. 1h30 de perdue pour faire l'a/r prendre les clefs (jusqu'en bas des ramblas) La chambre c'était un premier étage côté rue très brouillant. La personne à l'accueil avait promis une chambre côté intérieur pour ne pas avoir de problème de bruit. Ce n'était pas vrai. De plus les voisins ont commencer à faire du bruit à 5am. Impossible de dormir. Je n'y retournerai plus. Le prix et situation ne valent pas l'impossibilité de dormir.

An very average apartment with a 5 star potential

This apartment could have easily a 5 star rating, but there are too much small unsolved issues: limited warm water, slowest internet in town, broken doors, poor cleaning service, electricity problems etc. This are small and easy to repair issues, but it looks like nobody will do it. Apart of that, everything is fine. Good environment, good public transport.

SEÑORES; PIÉNSELO BIEN ANTES DE ALOJARSE EN ESTE APARTAMENTO, HAY MEJORES POR EL MISMO PRECIO EN LA CIUDAD DE BARCELONA, ESPAÑA. EXPEDIA DEBERÍA DE TENER MAS CUIDADO A LA HORA DE PATROCINAR ESTE TIPO DE APARTAMENTOS DONDE NO ESTÁN SEGURAS TUS PERTENENCIAS.
