4th time I've been in this hotel. I like the friendliness and service it offers. To my surprise, this time they've upgraded the rooms adding a kettle, coffee machine and a small fridge (they didn't have them before). You cannot ask for anything else for a hotel in this location.

The room was great other than no refrigerator in the room. My friends in another room had a tiny fridge but nothing in my room. I had no way to refrigerate my prescription medication. I asked if a mini refrigerator could be brought to my room and was told “no”. The room itself was clean and all I needed for a two night stay.

We cant say enough about this BEAUTIFUL hotel and the staffs attention to details. Its super safe, clean, beautiful, Manager and staff kind ,gracious and always willing to help with your stay! We loved our time here and will definitely recommend to our friends and family! This hotel goes above and beyond to think of all of your needs. Perfect room for solo travel. It's located within walking distance of Sagrada Familia. Gerard at the front desk was amazing! He definitely made my stay very welcoming. He assisted with recommending local restaurants and provided top-notch service. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and staying here again when I come back.

A great option to stay and enjoy Barcelona

Great location. Walking distancie to multiple key places to visit. The buffet breakfast is amazing, everything very fresh and lots of options to pick. The lobby and facilities are cozy and modern. The room is very comfortable and bathroom pretty new. Small details make a big difference like welcoming you with a complimentary bottle of wine and a small box of chocolates. They leave you a bottle of water every day. The staff is very friendly and kind. Super recommended!

A really bad experience. Our room was really hot and humid, and the ventilation was off and couldn’t be turned on. We had to sleep with the (very little) windows wide open just to bring room temperature to an acceptable level and deal with humidity. That only added more noise but the property overall barely has any noise insulation. The staff were a combination of not helpful and not willing to help either. The man at the reception had what sounded like a script of “we are at 100 percent occupancy and there’s nothing I can do” (it’s Jan 11th in Barcelona and they have various hotels). He called his supervisor and all she was wondering is through which platform we made the booking, as if it made any difference. Just a dehumidifier or a fan could have solved it, which we suggested, but they were just not willing to provide a decent service. I asked to speak with the supervisor myself and was ignored. Avoid if you can.

We initially thought we’d lost a hat. The staff reviewed their video and showed us that my hubby wasn’t wearing the hat upon arrival- that was so kind and very detailed of them, accommodations and food were great. Unfortunately the hotel can have lots of outdoor noise, cars, shouting, morning work on the property.
